A drifter designed for flexible operation in open ocean and coastal waters. They have the global communication power of Iridium technology but are able detect GSM coverage and switch to GSM mode to save communication costs.
Operating of up to one year depending on user configuration. Rechargable LiPo batteries to reuse as many times as necessary.
